I am sure that some of you are aware of the difficulties of making payments using PayPal.

The problem lies with PayPal and is affecting a minority of customers, which is problematic nonetheless. PayPal are "working on the problem" and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

You may wish to consider using another payment method or processor. Please be assured of our best efforts to have PayPal rectify the problem...

I haven't had a single problem with paypal. I've been sending and receiving $ just fine almost every day. Never a glitch.

Over at CinVin I use PayPal exclusively in conjunction with a custom products script and got caught with a problem a few months ago. Essentially the problem was that the PayPal transaction was using the default email address on file for the business account instead of the one that was submitted within the transaction. For most people that isn't a problem but for people who accept transactions using a number of different email addresses on the same account they would've gotten hit with it.

Now whether this is the current vB related PayPal problem or not I don't honestly know since I don't use vBulletin subscriptions anywhere but... yeah, PayPal is/was changing how some transactions are handled.
