How you make the blocks [not showthreads] that we see in main page of cinvin?

Which blocks? The one in the upper right is an HTML module and the rest are standard.

BeduinoOh, you mean when you hover your mouse over them (like in the navigation menu in the upper right)? If so, it's a CSS 'hover' command. If you'd like I can post the actual code I'm using for the navigation module later tonight.
