Michael, emails must've crossed. In the email I mentioned that Pod is currently the 'light' style available. From the example sites you gave it looks like you're looking for a light style with room for multiple ads. Of our current styles Pod is the closest to that requirements. The blue space you see at the top was intentionally made large enough to accomondate a 468x60 banner ad, in both the fixed & fluid styles, you can insert an ad in the footer by changing the 'footer' template. For the sidebars they could be accomplished with the 'sidebar hack' available on vBulletin.org.

In case you're viewing the forums in a different style from Pod it's the 'white style' with the blue orb/pod in the upper left hand corner (http://www.cinvin.com/forums/showthread.php?p=29&styleid=10).
