any reason why the following code wont work in posts on my site html is turned on

Somewhere in the back of my head I remember vB not allowing inline forms like that but I may be mistaken.

I posted in the thread where the guy has a hack to allow html for certian user groups he is trying to tell me the html is badly writen lmfao, its from a banner exchange sytem called CJ but he insists it works for him in VB or its badly writen

is there a way to change it so it works but still tracks the imopressions and clicks???
